Pricing & Process
No Surprises: How a Visit Works
The whole system is designed around one idea — you know the price before we start, and it doesn't change after.
The 5 steps
- 1. Text or call. Describe the problem — photos or a short video help enormously. We reply with a rough range and arrival time.
- 2. We arrive and diagnose. We find the actual cause first, with an inspection camera when the pipe needs looking into.
- 3. Fixed quote, your decision. We state the price before touching anything. You approve, we work.
- 4. The fix — shown to you. Before/after on camera for pipe work. We clean up after ourselves; shoe covers in tidy homes are standard.
- 5. Pay after completion. Card, bank transfer or cash — whatever suits you. Receipt available.
Straight answers about money
- Same rate day and night. A 2 AM toilet emergency costs the same as a 2 PM one.
- No distance surcharges within Seoul.
- The quote is final. If we discover something bigger mid-job, we stop and talk before anything changes.
For renters
Korean rental disputes over plumbing turn on whether the cause is inside your unit or in the building's shared line. We determine which, and give you photos and a short written note — hand it to your landlord, realtor or building office and let them sort out the cost in Korean.
