We clear toilets without scratching the ceramic, and retrieve dropped items without breaking anything. Ask us about the sword we once found.
Before we arrive — two rules
- Stop flushing. Each flush pushes a dropped item deeper and risks overflow.
- No boiling water. Sudden heat can crack the ceramic bowl.
What we actually do
For ordinary clogs, we use a controlled spring auger — working carefully and checking the flush repeatedly so the ceramic is never scratched. If something was dropped in (phone, toy, perfume bottle…), we first locate it with a micro inspection camera, then extract it with suction — no smashing, no toilet replacement unless the toilet itself has failed.
