Clogged drain, blocked toilet, mystery leak? NearPlumb is the English name of 가까운설비 — literally "the plumber near you." A second-generation family business based in Sadang-dong, with our own equipment, serving all of Seoul around the clock.
How language works with us
Texting works best. Send a message (photos help a lot!) and we reply in English with translation support. Simple English by phone is fine too, and KakaoTalk works as well — ID: nearplumb. On site, plumbing is a show-and-point trade — between the camera screen, photos and a translation app, communication has never been the hard part.

How quotes work, what to expect
Three promises
- You reach the plumbing team directly — not a call center. We are a small family-run crew; the people you message are the people who do the work.
- Diagnosis before quotes. We confirm the cause on site (camera when needed), state a fixed price, and start only after you agree.
- The price does not move. What we quote before work is what you pay after. No night or weekend surcharge.
- We show our work. Before/after on the camera screen, photos for your landlord or building office when responsibility matters.
- 💳 Cards accepted. Credit card, Korean bank transfer or cash — you pay after the work is completed, receipt included.
